Drama
Centred around the magnificent Bridge House Theatre, the Drama Studio and the Guy Nelson Hall, drama is an integral part of school life.
There are many opportunities to perform, design and build scenery or belong to a highly skilled technical team capable of servicing the many professional productions that visit our theatre throughout the year.
In 2007, Warwick School qualified for the National Student Drama festival and were the only school to do. The company, including boys from Warwick School and girls from King’s High School performed their play ‘Victims of Duty’ to several audiences and critics and received great reviews and won two awards.

LES MISERABLES
One of the most successful productions since the Bridge House opened Les Misérables played to 6 packed houses between 5th and 10th November 2007. As a full collaboration between the Drama and Music departments of Warwick School and King’s High this production was hugely ambitious – involving some 120 students from the schools.
Just one of the messages received following the show.
I have just returned home after watching the matinee performance of Les Misérables. Despite the standing ovation, I felt I should write to someone connected with the production to say how utterly breath-taking I thought it was! It is hard to believe that the cast, orchestra and production crew are all still at school - something I had to keep reminding myself of as I watched in awe at their total conviction and professionalism. At every point, wherever I looked the cast were totally committed to their parts, big or small, and the stage management was superb. The musical performance and direction was, as usual, amazing. I am sure that everyone connected with the production will be feeling exhausted but elated at this point - what an amazing achievement. I commend the time and effort that must have gone into this production. Although my son is not musical or dramatic, this afternoon has reinforced my opinion that I have sent him to an outstanding school where the sky really is the limit. With thanks for an afternoon of sheer enjoyment.
