Duke of Edinburgh

The Duke of Edinburgh's award scheme is a programme designed to facilitate the personal development of young people aged 14-25.It is designed to be enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. Warwick School is delighted to be able to offer boys the opportunity to take part in the D of E Scheme

The Award operates at three levels: bronze, silver and gold.

Warwick School currently runs bronze and gold levels.
Bronze is started in the Middle Fifth, and completed by the end of the Upper Fifth.
Gold is started in the Lower Sixth, and should be completed by the end of the Upper Sixth.

The levels are run on similar principles, with different sections. Both bronze and gold include Service, Skill, Physical Recreation and Expedition sections; gold also has a Residential Project section, which is not required for bronze.
