Music in all its diversity is central to the life of Warwick School and a variety of instrumental and choral groups meet on a weekly basis. Among these are:

Brass Group, Chapel Choir, School Choir, String Orchestra, Swing Band, A full Symphony Orchestra, Training Band, Training Strings, Wind Band

The Music Department is housed in a very distinguished building, which is in fact just over 100 years old. It has been the Music Department since 1995, following an extensive and very successful refurbishment. Its current facilities comprise:

  • A large Recital Room used for rehearsals, small-scale concerts and Instrumental Evenings.
  • 2 classrooms.
  • A keyboard room, equipped with 22 of the latest Casio Electronic Keyboards.
  • 10 spacious practice rooms, each of which is equipped with a modern piano.

In both 2006 and 2007 the Little Big Band and the Foundation Wind Orchestra won Silver medals at the National Concert Band Festival.
