Day 2 in Beijing

This blog is brought to you by James Dryden, Luke Price and Fred Lindsey.

After the first day at the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs, we then went on to the Silk Market in Beijing on the following day. This was an experience not to be missed. The boys haggled and bartered to get the best price. We found it enjoyable and even the most exclusive names were extremely cheap. Afterwards, we travelled by Rickshaw to the ancient area of the Hutong. There, the boys learnt about Ancient China and visited an old Beijing house and met the owner. Later that evening, we went on to a Kung Fu show. Everybody was kung-fu fighting, those kids were as fast as lightning. It was a little bit frightning.
