Days 5 and 6

Yesterday the boys spent the morning in school attending lessons with their partners. Particularly interesting was to see the whole school start the day with exercises. Two thousand pupils doing synchronised aerobics in front of the school - a very impressive sight. In the afternoon we went down to the former port area for a bit of sightseeing - I say former port area as it is now reclaimed land.

Today we visited a culture park which is themed around the various regions and ethnic groupings in China with indigenous music and dance. The boys enjoyed it because they could go on the boats and squirt water at each other. The day ended back at the school with a football match - Warwick School v China which ended in a deserved and diplomatic 2-2 draw. The boys are enjoying the trip and are getting on very well with their partners and host families.
