Awards and Achievements 2016-2017

Warwick School boasts many successes and for 2016-2017 is proud to announce the following:

  • Eight students have received Oxbridge offers
  • Exceptional A Level and GCSE results
  • Maths team finished 27th out of 1290 schools in the final of the UKMT Maths Challenge
  • Three teams through to the national semi-final of the Student Investor Challenge
  • U15 rugby team NatWest semi-finalists for the fifth consecutive year, taking the winning title in 2013 and 2014
  • U18 rugby team NatWest semi-finalists for the second consecutive year
  • Three Warwick School boys playing for England (U16/U17)
  • Cian Tyler offered full-time contract with Coventry City and will play for Wales in the international tournament in Qatar
  • U15 cricket team are National Finalists, in T20 competition
  • Warwick School selected by The Cricketer magazine as a Top 100 School for the 2nd year running
  • Reuben Trotter selected for the British Triathlon South Central Region Academy
  • Swimming: Senior, Intermediate & Junior teams all through to National finals
  • National Concert Band Festival regional finals: three Platinum, two Gold and one Silver
  • Sam Young awarded first prize in a competition at the Royal Academy of Music
  • Owen Gee shortlisted for the RSPCA Young Photographer of the Year
