Young Enterprise Compete in Coventry & Warwickshire Finals

The two Warwick and King’s High Young Enterprise Companies recently competed in the Coventry and Warwickshire Finals; this year held at Alcester Academy.

Snatched Apparel (selling their mystery clothing boxes), and International Eats (selling their children’s cookbooks with recipes from around the world) both performed admirably in their Dragon’s Den style interview stages. The company members then went on to present back a summary of their year in front of judges, fellow companies and guests.

The evening ended with Snatched Apparel taking awards for sustainability, marketing and creativity. Unfortunately, both teams ended up being the joint regional runners-up, with talk about whether their financial data was accurate being a key issue! Nevertheless, much was learnt, and they continue to sell their respective products before closing the companies down in June.

All involved should be very proud of their achievements.
