    Resources Assistant

    Salary - £20,851- £22,990 Based on 40 Hours per week / 52 weeks per year

    Contract – Permanent

    Desirable 40hpw / 52 weeks per year  | Essential 30 hpw / 36 weeks per year

    Monday – Friday 08.00/09.00am – 4.00/5.00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

    We are seeking to appoint a Resources Assistant to support our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations (E&O) Professionals.

    If you enjoy thinking on your feet, are not phased easily and relish the opportunity that each day brings with reacting to a variety of needs – then this may well be the job for you.  Attention to detail is our byword and we never stand still; our department is seen as ‘leading by example’ and we strive towards best-practice in all we do.

    E&O looks after some 24 large school buildings and national-standard sports grounds for our Foundation.  We also operate a School Bus Service which sees over 500 pupils brought into school / return home, twice daily. The E&O Resources Team supports a department of just under 100 staff whose line-managers will rely upon you to assist them with their daily processes.  Whether it is purchase order processing, helping to arrange remedial works to our buildings, coordinating deliveries, sourcing suppliers, monitoring contracts, small projects on behalf of the senior team/line-managers; your input will always be important and valued.

    No two days are the same and although office-based, occasionally you may be asked to seek information by visiting any of our buildings / sister departments, around the large site (all within walking distance) – so a willingness to be mobile in all weathers, is essential.

  • Graduate Sports Assistant

    Warwick School are seeking to appoint a Graduate Sports Assistant to play a significant role in the coaching of sport in the school.

    The successful applicant will be a graduate or soon be graduating. In addition to having a high level of playing and/or coaching experience in at least one of the following sports: Rugby, Cricket, Hockey, Tennis.

    This is a fixed term appointment until July 2021 and based on working 37 hours per week for 35.4 weeks per year (term-time only,) with an actual salary of £11,315 per annum, which includes holidays, accommodation and all food. Those who do not wish to live on site will receive a commensurate salary of £13,376 per annum.
