    Administration Assistant (Transport & Estates Supervisor)

    Salary £16,354 rising to a maximum of £18,032

    37 hours per week; term-time only (plus 4 weeks)

    This is an exciting opportunity to appoint someone who is motivated by supporting their local community in joining our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations professionals.  During term-time we operate 10 school bus routes which you will help ensure their safe access / exit to and from the schools; whilst also making sure the Traffic Assistants are supervised in their roles.

    You will be working towards the streamlining of our fleet compliance checks and records.  We have 8 minibuses and a further 8 other vehicles.  Anyone with a reasonable understanding of what it takes to keep your own car on the road (tyre pressure & tread checks / oil level / wipers etc), would be considered.

    The Department also manages the quotation, booking and invoices of a substantial number of coaches and minibuses for sports fixtures / trips each term for the two senior schools which you will oversee along with your line-manager. Being a consummate office administrator with an eye for detail is a must.

    We are seeking to appoint a new cleaning operative at King's High School to support our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations professionals.

    The Estates & Operations department of the Warwick Independent Schools Foundation is a successful, friendly and professional environment in which to work – currently working over 2 senior school sites and 1 junior and 1 prep school (within the heart of / and south Warwick).

    We are seeking to appoint 4 x new Cleaning Supervisors to our large, busy team of Estates & Operations professionals.

    The Cleaning Supervisor will support the Cleaning Manager by providing daily operational supervision support of the school’s educational cleaning services across the entire estate. The post holder will assist the Cleaning Manager and have the daily responsibility of the schools cleaning teams within their working shift ensuring the most effective and efficient delivery of service to the schools is achieved.

    We are looking for an excellent communicator with a confident, professional and approachable manner, the ability to be flexible and discreet; someone who is organised, works well under pressure and has excellent key transferable skills including good interpersonal skills who is able to be flexible and can work independently / take ownership.

    The ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading and supervising large/multisite cleaning teams within a school environment. Having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, you will enjoy being part of a busy, hard-working team which makes a significant contribution to the life of the Schools.
