    Warwick Independent Schools Foundation are looking to appoint a Kitchen Porter to join the Foundation, to start as soon as possible working across all our kitchens on site across the campus.

    You will be required to work 30 hours per week during term time (36 weeks per year) (5 over 7 days). Some additional days both in and out of term time may be available.

    Warwick Independent Schools Foundation are currently seeking to appoint a new Resources Administrator to support our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations professionals.

    34.5 hours per week; 52 weeks per year

    Monday – Thursday 09.00am – 16.00pm, Friday – 09.00am – 15.30pm

    Salary range £17,984 - £19,829

  • Afternoon Receptionist

    A part-time receptionist is required as soon as possible two afternoons a week (1.00pm to 5.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays) during term time plus 2 weeks in holiday periods.

    Excellent communication skills and a good level of typing are required.  Effective computer skills would be an advantage.

    The actual salary range is from £3,524 to £3,828 per annum, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

    We are seeking to appoint a new cleaning operative to support our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations professionals. 

    You will be allocated to your own section of buildings within the Foundation’s schools

    You will have a clear understanding of the use of cleaning products and their health & safety

    You will have high standards of cleanliness

    You will take pride in your work and willing to undertake training as necessary

    You will be used to working within a team and on your own initiative

    The successful applicant will have previous cleaning experience and will enjoy being part of a busy, hard-working team which makes a significant contribution to the life of the Schools.

  • Casual Food and Beverage Staff

    Warwick School are looking to appoint Casual Catering staff to assist with catering functions and events both internal and external at all sites at Warwick School.

    Salary rate £9.37 per hour

    The successful applicants will provide a quality table and drinks service and customer care during school functions and events and will assist with the preparation of dining and reception areas ready for service and to ensure the safe service of all meals and drinks.

    You will be required to ensure that the dining rooms, reception areas, bars and kitchens are cleaned and maintained to a high standard both before and after service. You may also be responsible for cash handling and staffing the bar areas (age permitting 18+).
