Assistant Theatre Manager

The Bridge House Theatre & Warwick Hall are looking for an Assistant Manager to help support the venues into the next stages of their development.

The successful candidate will deputise for the Theatre Manager, have specific responsibility for the Box Office, be involved in the marketing of all performances and events, and assist with the administration of the department. They will also perform the role of Front of House Duty Manager when required and assist with the management of the Theatre Front of House Team.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, who has a great eye for detail and overall, has proven experience of supporting complex projects and schedules.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least two years’ experience of working within an arts organisation, and a commitment to a career in arts management/administration.

This is an all-year round 40 hours per week appointment.

The person appointed will be offered a package of £20,240 per annum (point 16 on the WISF pay scale).  

Employees are entitled to 30 days paid holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.
