Traffic & Pedestrian Control Assistant
Salary £3,842 (£8.43 per hour – pay increment due in September)
11.25 hours per week; term-time only
07:45am to 09:00am and 15:30pm to 16:30pm; Monday to Friday daily
This is an exciting opportunity to appoint someone who is motivated by supporting their local community, within our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations professionals. During term-time you will help ensure the safe movement of traffic and pedestrians around the internal road systems at designated points, providing excellent customer services.
Using your first-rate communication skills you will be approachable, persuasive and able to negotiate with people from a wide range of backgrounds. This would ideally suit someone who is looking for a few hours each day when they can really make a difference in supporting their local community. The Myton Road in Warwick is extremely busy at these times and our schools form 3 of 5 schools on this road alone.
This is a unique role in both the life of our Schools and local community, as we are committed to making a difference to the way in which the traffic flows in/around Warwick in future. For further information please see the Job Details attached. If you would like to discuss this role in more detail, please contact Annie Smith (E&O Resources Manager) on 01926 735455.
