Box Office Assistant (fixed-term)
Located on the campus of Warwick School, an independent school for boys, the Bridge House Theatre & Warwick Hall are professional performance venues which present a broad programme of events. We are also widely used by the school to enhance the position of the school’s Performing Arts department. Designed by award-winning architect Michael Reardon, our beautiful 300 seat Bridge House Theatre auditorium, built of wood and brick, creates an attractive and intimate space for drama and music.
We are currently looking to recruit a Box Office Assistant on a temporary basis to provide box office services for the Bridge House Theatre, processing ticket sales and reservations through our computerised ticketing system. The role also acts as a reception point for the organisation, dealing with customer enquiries. You will need to be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure whilst remaining friendly and helpful. You will also need to be flexible regarding working hours, and able to help out at short notice when possible.
This is an ideal job for someone who loves the arts, enjoys interaction with people, feels comfortable working on a computerised ticketing system and wishes to work flexibly around study or home commitments. All necessary training will be given.
