    Sun 08.30-13.30/17.00-19.00, 35.4 Weeks per year

    Some overtime may be available.

    Sun. position offers an hourly rate of £9.66

  • Sixth Form Secretary

    A full-time Sixth Form Secretary is required Monday to Friday (between 30-37 hrs per week) during term time plus INSET days, to support key staff in the new shared Sixth Form Centre for Warwick School and Kings High School.

    Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, including database knowledge, are essential.

    The salary range is pro rata of £21,196-£23,435 per annum for full time equivalent, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

  • Graduate Sports Assistants

  • Transport Supervisor

    This is an exciting opportunity to appoint someone who is motivated by supporting their local community in joining our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations professionals.  During term-time we operate 10 school bus routes which you will help ensure their safe access / exit to and from the schools; whilst also making sure the Traffic Assistants are supervised in their roles.

    Salary £16,354 rising to a maximum of £18,032

    37 hours per week; term-time only (plus 4 weeks)

    You will be working towards the streamlining of our fleet compliance checks and records. We have 8 minibuses and a further 8 other vehicles. Anyone with a reasonable understanding of what it takes to keep your own car on the road (tyre pressure & tread checks / oil level / wipers etc), would be considered.

    The Department also manages the quotation / booking of a substantial number of coaches for sports fixtures / trips each term for the two senior schools which you will oversee along with your line-manager.  The successful candidate will need to be happy to work outside in all weathers but equally, be a consummate office administrator with an eye for detail.

    We are seeking to appoint a new cleaner to support our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations professionals. 

    Salary - £8.01 per hour

    15hpw / term-time only (plus Inset + 3 days)

    6:00am - 9.00am OR 4.00pm – 7.00pm Monday to Friday (5 days over 7)

    • You will be allocated to your own section of buildings within the Foundation’s schools
    • You will have a clear understanding of the use of cleaning products and their health & safety
    • You will have high standards of cleanliness
    • You will take pride in your work and willing to undertake training as necessary
    • You will be used to working within a team and on your own initiative

      The successful applicant will have previous cleaning experience and will enjoy being part of a busy, hard-working team which makes a significant contribution to the life of the Schools.

    Warwick School are looking to appoint Casual Catering staff to assist with catering functions and events both internal and external at all sites at Warwick School.

    Salary rate £9.37 per hour

    The successful applicants will provide a quality table and drinks service and customer care during school functions and events and will assist with the preparation of dining and reception areas ready for service and to ensure the safe service of all meals and drinks.

    You will be required to ensure that the dining rooms, reception areas, bars and kitchens are cleaned and maintained to a high standard both before and after service. You may also be responsible for cash handling and staffing the bar areas (age permitting 18+).
