  • FoH Duty Managers & FoH Assistants

    The Bridge House Theatre and Warwick Hall are looking for a Front of House Duty Manager and Front of House Assistants to join them to assist with the smooth running of events.

    Front of House Duty Managers

    The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and leading the Front of House Assistants and ensuring the smooth running of events from start to finish. You will have excellent time management and communication skills with a wealth of experience in a public customer facing role. This is an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team and play a key role in providing a memorable experience for our patrons.

    Front of House Assistants

    Supporting the Front of House Duty Manager you will be the first point of contact for our patrons, providing an excellent customer service experience. In addition to serving and assisting behind the bar you will provide an all-round service to our patrons. Checking audience tickets and enabling their smooth movement in and out of the theatre you will play a key role in helping our events run successfully.

    Both positions are to work on a casual basis for approximately 16 hours per month dependent on the number and size of events being run.

  • IT Administration Officer

    Warwick Independent Schools Foundation IT Department are recruiting for an IT Administration Officer.

     

    You will work as part of a team and will help the IT Department deliver effective IT support, communications and management across all schools within the Foundation.

     

    An excellent understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential as well as supplier management, communications and call handling.  Experience working with IT documentation, change management and service desk would be advantageous however training will be given.

     

    Whilst currently based at Warwick School on Myton Road you may be required to work in other areas across the Foundation.

    We are seeking to appoint a Grounds Person to join our Grounds Department within our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations professionals. 

    • You will have proven grounds experience, specialising in sports pitches and be able to offer support to all areas of grounds maintenance and development of a large 60acre estate.
    • You will continue with a high level of quality and workmanship with improvements continually shown to all areas of the grounds and estate.
    • You will assist in maintaining the lawns, playing fields, artificial pitches, hedges, shrub beds, trees, gardens & hardcourt areas to a high standard ensuring they are safe/fit for purpose.
    • You will assist in marking / setting out pitches for football, rugby, cricket, athletics and associated sports equipment, and other areas as required by your line-manager/Grounds Supervisor(s) in liaison with the Sports Departments
    • Assist in ensuring all lawns, beds, boarders and hanging baskets are watered regularly depending on the conditions. Undertake digging, planting and weeding of flower beds, boarders hanging baskets pruning shrubs and small trees.

    We are seeking to appoint an excellent operative who is a good team-worker with a confident, professional and approachable manner. The successful applicant will have the ability to be flexible and takes a real pride in their work / what they can accomplish.

  • Application Support Manager

    Warwick School is seeking to appoint an Application Support Manager to provide an important link between the IT support department and the academic departments of Warwick School and Warwick Junior School.

    Both schools rely heavily upon cloud-based services including Microsoft 365, Firefly and iSAMS. We are looking for someone to be responsible for liaising with service providers; specifying and diagnosing problems; developing and training on these applications, as well as advising the relevant staff on how to best integrate the systems. It is expected that the successful candidate will keep abreast of the latest developments in these areas.

    The Warwick Independent Schools Foundation has its own salary scale and the salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience. You will be required to work 37 hours per week for 37.4 weeks per year.

    Salary: Point 20 to Point 23 (£18,107 - £19,740 pro rata)
