    Operations Site Operative

    Salary 11-14 £17,705 - £19,279

    40 hours per week; full-time - 52 weeks

    5 over 7 days on a shift basis between the hours of 07.00am – 19.00pm.

    We are seeking to appoint an Operations Site Operative to support our large, friendly team of Estates & Operations Professionals.

    • Duties will include cover for opening up and closing premises; checking on the security of the school for the Operations Supervisor when required.
    • To monitor and undertake room set ups in line with requirements notified via the online room booking systems (where applicable) or via other communications methods.
    • Weekly compliance checks completed on time for Fire Alarms & Water flushing.
    • You will ensure all log books for weekly and monthly checks are completed correctly in a timely fashion.
    • Report all defects to the Operations Supervisor and contact engineers as instructed.
    • You will take pride in your work and be willing to undertake training as necessary.

  • Systems Specialist

    Warwick School are seeking to appoint a Systems Specialist for September 2019 or sooner, to provide a comprehensive and effective technical support service within the school for key applications such as ISAMS, Firefly, Plant E-stream, SOC/CMS and Room Booking Systems.

    The successful applicant will be required to work either full time for 37.5 hours per week or term time only with two weeks in the holidays.

    You can expect a salary up to £25,000, according to experience and qualifications. There is also the opportunity to be paid pro-rata if a more flexible term-time only contract was required.

    Salary rate £9.37 per hour

    The successful applicants will provide a quality table and drinks service and customer care during school functions and events and will assist with the preparation of dining and reception areas ready for service and to ensure the safe service of all meals and drinks.

    You will be required to ensure that the dining rooms, reception areas, bars and kitchens are cleaned and maintained to a high standard both before and after service. You may also be responsible for cash handling and staffing the bar areas (age permitting 18+).
