School Reception

During term time the School Reception is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. At other times messages can be left on the answerphone system.

Emergencies

During the school day parents should inform the School on 01926 776400 of any emergencies or if for any reason they are unable to make the normal pick-up time. Outside school hours an emergency contact number is indicated on the school answerphone.

Academic Information

Information regarding all aspects of the academic curriculum, reporting, parents’ evenings, examinations, homework, key dates and expectations of pupils with regard to the completion of academic work is contained in the Academic Information Booklet that is sent to parents at the beginning of the academic year. This is an important reference document.

eNewsletter

The school sends a weekly eNewsletter to provide useful information, key dates and links to other communications.

The Warwickian

A termly printed newsletter, sent home with pupils at the end of each term. This includes news from the term and celebrates the boys’ successes. 

Portcullis Magazine

The Portcullis Magazine is the chronicle of Warwick School. It is published annually in October and each pupil in the school will receive a copy of this magazine.

Online Communications

Warwick School provides general information about the school and information specific to your child, online. There are several sources of information available for parents and we recommend you access these from the Parents’ page on our website.

Parents’ section of the school website

To access the parents’ section of the school website, click on Parents at the top of the home page.

From this page you can access a lot of general useful information including:

  • Latest school news
  • School calendar
  • Photo galleries

  • Uniform Shop

The Parent Portal

In addition to the general information found on the Parent homepage, there is a secure Parent Portal which provides information specific to your son/s, and as such is password protected. You must create an account in order to access the Parent Portal.

To set up an account visit the link below:

NB: To activate your account you need to use the email address that we hold for you at Warwick School.

You will receive an email that will have a link. If you click the link you will be taken to the Parent Portal where you can set a password to be used.

Accessing the Parent Portal

The portal can be accessed via the Parents’ page on the school website (or direct URL, https://portal.warwickschool.org).

Click on Secure Area.

Logging in: At the Sign in to your account screen, (Fig 5) enter your email address and password.

NB: If you have forgotten your password, click the forgot your password? link and enter your email address.

NB: If you subsequently wish to change the email address that we hold for you, please email c.drury@warwickschool.org or call 01926 776400 and ask for Ciara Drury.

Once logged in you have access to:

  • An overview of each of your sons at Warwick School, including attendance, rewards, sanctions, reports, teacher contacts etc
  • Forms available to complete for absence notifications and leave requests
  • School information including letters home
  • and other services which may be added in the future.

School Calendar

Our online school calendar can be used to check for key dates in advance, including non-uniform days and other events. To access the School Calendar click on Calendar at the top of the home page of the main school website.

School Sports Website

For essential information regarding sports fixtures, team sheets and results go to the School Sports website by clicking on School Sports at the top of the home page of the main school website - the password is W4rw1ck.
