School Bus Service
Warwick Independent Schools Foundation operates a number of bus services, from a wide catchment area, exclusively for pupils within the Foundation Schools.
Details of all the current routes are available to download at the bottom of this page. Bookings for the next academic year, 2022-2023, are now live. For new bookings, the booking deadline is at 9.00am Wednesday, 13 July 2022 (applications received after this date are put onto a ‘waiting list’ and may not be allocated a seat). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about making a booking.
If you are a current Bus Service user, your booking will automatically rollover to the next school year and there is nothing more you need to do at this time. If you need to make changes to your current booking or cancel please email email@example.com and we will assist you further. Please can you let us know by the amendment deadline of 9.00am Wednesday, 13 2022. Please note there is no financial penalty for cancellations made before the above deadline.
KURA parent app
The new KURA parent app has replaced the Warwick Schools Transport website. The app will provide live tracking and notifications to give peace of mind to parents and update the Foundation in real time. Boarding and alighting notifications will be sent direct to parents’ phones and vehicle tracking is also possible via the app. Notifications are sent out if a vehicle is experiencing a delay of more than 10 minutes and if there is an issue with the journey. The Foundation can also send out messages via the app to update parents on situations such as adverse weather.
Enquiries, bookings, and alterations to bookings can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, these will then be updated on the app.
We are also very pleased to announce that, for the benefit of our families from the Solihull area, an Express Bus service is now in operation. The Express Bus picks up Warwick School and King's High pupils from Solihull train station at 7.45am and arrives at the Warwick Independent Foundation of Schools at 8.25am, this is an uninterrupted journey time of 40 minutes. The Express Bus departs from school at 4.15pm, returning pupils to Solihull train station at 4.55pm.
