Senior School Admissions
Choosing the right school for your child is clearly a very important decision, with many factors to take into consideration.
Within the Senior School, the vast majority of boys join us in Year 7 or Year 12 (Lower Sixth). Entrance is at the start of the academic year and only by exception, during the school year. We do in addition have an intake for Year 9.
We hope the information on our website is helpful, please do not hesitate to contact the Admissions Team at admissions@warwickschool.org who will be happy to answer any questions you may have about Warwick School and the admissions process.
If you decide you would like your son to apply to Warwick School please complete the online application form. At the same time the non-refundable registration fee of £75 is required payable by bank transfer (please use your son's name as reference). A copy of your son’s birth certificate should be uploaded within the application (mandatory) and his most recent school report (currently optional).

A guide to the entry process is given below, but please do contact the Admissions Team if you have any questions. Please note that if your son is currently a pupil at Warwick Junior School then you do not need to apply for a place in Senior School.
1: If you decide you would like your son to apply to Warwick School please complete the online application form. At the same time the non-refundable registration fee of £75 is required payable by bank transfer (please use your son's name as reference). A copy of your son’s birth certificate should be uploaded within the application (mandatory) and his most recent school report (currently optional).
2: Nearer to the date details about the Entrance Examination day will be sent to you.
3: After sitting the Entrance Examination all candidates are invited for a short interview. However, where performance in the entrance examination is deemed worthy of consideration for a scholarship, this will take the form of a scholarship interview and a day at school, for which a separate invite will be issued. There is no separate scholarship examination.
Candidates invited in for a scholarship or bursary interview are not required to have an assessment interview.
4: An offer of a place or a rejection is generally issued three or four weeks after the examination day, along with any offer of a scholarship or bursary.
When the offer is sent out, a deadline is given for acceptance of the place and at this stage a deposit of £500 to secure the place is required.
We strive to ensure a fair and consistent policy to all applicants. Details above may vary for the different age groups that apply.
