My walk to raise money for OSCAR’s Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity

On Sunday, 4 May, with my family and some friends, I took part in the Ullswater Way challenge in the Lake District to raise money for OSCAR’s Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity.

This is the fifth family challenge I have undertaken for this charity. We walked 24 miles, and it took 12 and a half hours. It seemed very long and my legs and feet got very tired, but there were lots of fun bits, even an ice cream stop along the way!

We raised a lot of money for this important charity, which helps children with brain tumours and supports their families. I’m really glad I did it. I know it makes a difference!
