What to bring

What to bring for Easter Action 2020 

Please label all inhalers, Epi-pens or any other medication and hand in at the Community Activities office upon arrival. If medication is required please complete the appropriate form under 'Medical' in our Additional information area.  This must be handed in on your child's first day of attendance.

Please see below for items needed for each activity:

Early Birds Swim (Children in Year 2 - 7) 

Early Birds Swim is a fun swim overseen by qualified lifeguards.  Please bring full swimming kit, and goggles if needed (armbands and floats can be provided).

Please note that our lifeguards cannot supervise any spectating children at Early Birds Swim.   If for any reason, medical or otherwise, your child is not fit to go in the pool on the day, please do not bring them in until 9am.

Multi-Sport / Multi-Sport & Swim (Children in Years 2 - 7)
 

Please wear sportswear and indoor trainers, and bring plenty to drink, a snack, and a coat for playtime. Please also bring a packed lunch* if staying for the whole day.

For Multi-Sport and Swim, please also bring swimming kit, and goggles if necessary (armbands and floats can be provided).

In the event of hot weather, it is essential that children have a sun hat and clothing should be worn which covers their shoulders. Please also ensure your child arrives with 24 hour sun cream already applied.

*please ensure grapes and cherry tomatoes are cut in half to avoid choking hazard.

*please note there is no fridge available.

Early Risers (Children in Reception and Year 1 )

Enjoyable morning activities overseen by experienced and qualified Early Years staff.

We recommend that children wear comfortable clothing (e.g. sportswear and trainers).  

 Cygnets (Children in Reception and Year 1)

Please bring plenty to drink, a snack, a packed lunch*, and a coat for playtime.  We recommend that children wear comfortable clothing (e.g. sportswear and trainers).  If possible please also bring a shirt or apron to cover clothes during craft/cooking activities (these can be provided if needed).

Super Choice Activities (Children in Years 2 to 7)

Night Owls (Children in Reception - Year 7)

Children will be provided with tea.  Please advise when booking of any dietary requirements.
