A busy few weeks in the Food Science department!

It has been a busy few weeks in the Food Science department. The GCSE boys have been brushing up on their butchery and patisserie skills. They have de-boned chickens and produced dishes using the different parts of the chicken, whilst learning about cooking on a budget.

Following from this, they have been investigating many areas of food science and have produced mini pavlovas which have been decorated with a lot of care and precision. Well done to all the boys for so many successful outcomes!
