Nate swam four personal-best times across the weekend and won a bronze medal in the keenly contested 200m Individual Medley in a time of 2 min 39, and scored a Silver in the 400m freestyle with a time of 4 min 59. He also placed fourth in the 50m Butterfly and the 100m Backstroke.

These performances across all strokes and sprint to middle distance show his versatility and stand him in good stead for the West Midlands training squad he has been selected for in June at the Sandwell Aquatics Centre.
