What a Christmas Cracker!

Warwick Hall was filled to capacity on Friday, 5 December for The Christmas Cracker 2025, an evening that showcased the very best of Warwick School’s musical life.

This uplifting event brings together everything we cherish at this time of year – family, community, and inclusivity through the power of music. The concert featured a wonderfully diverse festive programme, including performances from The Cracker Collective, Brass Company, Brass Ltd, Supertonics, Senior Wind Ensemble, Premiere Strings, String Orchestra, Guitar Ensemble, the Warwick Warblers, Chapel Choir, Jazz Orchestra, Funk After 8, congregational carols, and the ever-popular staff band, The Festive Faculty.

From the opening moments, the Christmas extravaganza proved to be a genuine triumph. The hall was buzzing with excitement as families, friends, supporters, OW’s and numerous distinguished VIP guests enjoyed an atmosphere full of laughter, festive spirit, and impressively smart seasonal attire.

The standard of performance across all ensembles was exceptional, reflecting the remarkable strength and depth within the Warwick Music Department. Many audience members commented that the superb talent on display could easily rival a professional concert, with the students demonstrating outstanding musicianship, confidence, and sheer joy in their performances. It was, unquestionably, a memorable evening – one that the boys and their families will treasure for many years to come!

A heartfelt thank you goes to Mr Tibbitts, whose exceptional leadership and creative vision shaped the entire event, and to all members of the Music Department for their dedication and brilliant teamwork in bringing this spectacular occasion to life.

On behalf of everyone in the department, we wish you and your families a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year!
