Join us for one of the biggest day in the rugby calendar

Warwick School is proud to host the 2026 Warwick Sevens this weekend, on Saturday 7, March. Our home tournament provides an excellent opportunity for some of the top rugby schools in England and Wales to showcase their skills and abilities in the exciting seven-a-side format of the game.
For the U14, U15 and U16s, the tournament boasts Cup, Shield and Plate levels, with knock-out games following the initial pool stages, whereas the U13s compete in a two-phase ‘waterfall’ tournament.
A unique and historic element of the Warwick 7s Tournament is the awarding of the ‘Freeborn Shield’ to the school that achieves the greatest level of success across all age groups.
With over 800 players, 143 matches and 59 teams, this is one of the biggest days of the rugby calendar. Any pupils or parents are welcome to attend to support our teams who are playing on the day. The first games kick off at 10:00am, with the knock-out rounds beginning at approximately 2pm.
