On Wednesday 28 January, 22 students from the Lower and Upper Sixth sat the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Olympiad paper, a highly challenging 2-hour paper on material well beyond the A Level syllabus.
We are delighted to share that four students received a Bronze award and twelve students received a Silver award. An impressive six students were also awarded a Gold award. This represented 27% of those who entered from Warwick School, whereas out of the approximately 17,000 students from the UK who entered, only 8.5% were awarded a Gold. Particularly impressive were the two Lower Sixth students who achieved this.
Gold awards go to:
- Jasper
- Adrian
- Kaiser
- Aaden
- Anskar
- Charlie
Huge congratulations to all those who took part – we are very proud of you all.
