Rower Noah shines at Championships

Birmingham’s NEC played host to the British Indoor Rowing Championships on the 6-7 December.  The event is the world’s largest indoor rowing competition, drawing nearly 3,000 entries from across the globe.

Noah (Year 9) secured an impressive 8th place finish in the fiercely contested 500m sprint, competing against a field of 30 athletes.

The event, renowned for its scale and competitive spirit, saw rowers of all levels test their speed and endurance on the ergometer. Noah’s result marks a significant achievement, reflecting months of dedication and refinement in his technical form. His commitment to training has been evident, and the improvements he has made were on full display in Birmingham.
