Track and Field Cup success

Both the Junior (Year 7 and 8) and Intermediate (Year 9 and 10) athletics teams delivered outstanding performances as they competed at the Warwickshire round of the Track and Field Cup, held at the Diamond Jubilee track in Rugby on Tuesday 12 May.
The Junior team claimed joint first place with an excellent total of 324 points, while the Intermediates secured a convincing outright victory, finishing with an impressive 418 points.
Standout performers included:
- Akshay – Hurdles and High Jump (35pts)
- Huw – 1500m and Long Jump (36pts)
- Harry – Hurdles and shot (39pts)
- Henry – 300m and Discus (39pts)
- Carl – Discus and 100m (42 pts)
Both teams now advance to the Midlands regional round on Tuesday 16 June at Pingles, Nuneaton”
