  • Jeneba Kanneh-Mason to Perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto. 23 at Warwick Hall ​​​​​​​

    Jeneba Kanneh-Mason will perform at the next Orchestra of the Swan concert – ‘Pictures at an Exhibition’ – on Thursday, 8 February 2024. Also featuring a side-by-side performance between Warwick Schools Foundation pupils and the professional Swan orchestra.

  • Year 7 Music Scheme Christmas Concert

    At the start of every new academic year, all Year 7 boys are enrolled onto Warwick School’s unique musical programme known as the ‘Year 7 Music Scheme’. This really is a wonderful opportunity which allows every pupil to study an orchestral instrument (50-minute weekly sessions) for one year, focusing on developing their instrumental technique, music theory, aural, notation and overall musicianship skills.

  • Warwick School Carol Services 2023

    On Tuesday, 12 and Friday, 15 December, Warwick School’s ‘Service of Nine Lessons & Carols for Christmas” took place at St Marys Church, Warwick. Guests were welcomed and greeted by the sounds of Mr Condon playing Holly and the Ivy, Coventry Carol and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen on the Organ.

  • Psychology in Action 2023

    On Friday, 8 December, students taking part in Psychology in Action for Friday afternoon activities presented their research. Over the term, small groups pupils from Warwick School and Kings High designed, carried out and analysed their findings in a variety of interesting Psychological studies. The winning year 11 group investigated the effects of caffeine on short-term memory and visual perception. Congratulations to Michael, Seun, Tommy, Milan and Moosa. We hope you enjoyed your 1st prize donuts and are displaying your certificates proudly.

  • Mulley blue plaque unveiled

    On Thursday, 30 November the Head Master, accompanied by School archivist, Mr Frykman, and Mr Jefferies attended the unveiling of a blue plaque at Clemens Street in Leamington Spa commemorating the life and achievements of Fred Mulley OW. Four Sixth Formers, Noah, Ekam, William and Ryan, all holders of the Mulley tie for academic achievement, also attended the unveiling.

  • Movember and National Men's Day 2023

    Sunday, 19 November marked the celebration of National Men’s Day. A day to celebrate the positive value that men bring to the world, their families, and communities. This year we focussed on mental health, where we were encouraging the boys to start positive conversations with each other and talk when they needed to. Mr Etheridge, Dr. McKee and Mr Preece spoke in assemblies about their mental health and the positive difference a conversation can make.

    The countdown to Christmas officially begins! Wednesday (15 November) marked the latest exciting milestone for our upcoming professional Christmas show – Nativity! the Musical – with the introduction of our professional actors, George Attwell Gerhards, Natalie Turner, Aidan Cutler, Matthew James Hinchliffe, and Anne McCall.

  • Pupil Voice updates and activities

    Pupils have been asked to vote for the Pupils' Choice food menu this week. They have voted for the country from which they would like the menu to come from and the winner was Italy with 174 votes, closely followed by Japan at 160 votes. Next week we vote for the dishes! The Pupils' Choice menu should run on Thursday, 30 November.

    Movember continues with moustaches growing well - watch this space for progress pictures!

    Christmas Jumper Day, where the pupils are invited to wear a Christmas themed jumper over their uniform, will be on Friday, 8 December. A suggested donation of £2 is encouraged.
