A Day in the Life

Clay Pigeon Shooting Success

Congratulations to our Clay Pigeon Shooting A team who won the Schools Challenge.

The Schools Challenge took place at the Oxford Gun Company shooting ground near Bicester yesterday (Wednesday 14 March).

The A team came 1st with a score of 209/250 against stiff competition from 28 teams, winning a Browning 525 12 bore shotgun and 1250 cartridges for the school.

Ed Innes was named High Gun with a tremendous score of 47/50 and Michael Wolverson came second after a tough shoot off with 46/50. Both boys won some Jack Pyke and Browning merchandise.

A mention must also go to Warwick's B team who came in sixth.

The boys are thrilled as they also won the Warwick Challenge, a smaller shoot (10 schools) held by Warwick School, last Saturday.
